Put your clocks back

Yes, it's that time of the year again. At 2 a.m. British Summer Time, the clocks will go back 1 hour to 1 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time.

The USA, as I understand it, holds on to Daylight Savings Time for another week, but will join the rest of the Northern Hemisphere in Standard Time on November 2nd.

  1. Yep, Guido, this is the second year now that the US has changed the date. It was supposed to save energy but I'm not sure it's served the purpose. I wish they would go back to the standard date.

  5. I didn't get an extra hour this morning. I still woke at my normal time. So had to get up and potter about.
Spent a while changing all the clocks and phones.
I'm not sure why we still keep changing the clocks anymore.???
