Uninspiring grey and wet day, so much so that I resorted to taking pictures of fruit and flowers. If only to have something colourful. As the day wears on, the weather brightens up, but the wind starts to pick up through the evening. The Football World Cup is now into the semi-finals, with Holland beating Uruguay 3-2. For the first time since 1978, the Dutch are in the finals. Their opponents, Germany or Spain, will meet them on Sunday. The other semi-final takes place on Wednesday.
