I have written a Letter to the Editor of the Washington Post regarding the recent demise of AOL Journals. I cannot publish its contents under the terms of service of the Post, but rest assured I have been politely scathing. If anyone else wants to summarise their feelings in 200 words (yep, that's the limit of a
submission to the Post), feel free to contact letters@washpost.com.
Do let us know the outcome ,,love Jan xx
ReplyDeleteI do not think I would know what to say but you know my feelings about the whole thing.
ReplyDeleteI am very irritated with AOL regarding the cancellation of our online journals, but I just don't know what to say, or how anything I had to say would make it better. It's done, and even if they gave us BACK online journaling... who'd go back?? I wouldn't!
ReplyDeleteI would love to know the outcome of this...good job Guido. AOL is not far from where we live...too bad they did this to all of us...none of us deserved this horrible treatment...have a lovely week...

It would be interesting to say the least to know the outcome of this one. (Hugs)Indigo
ReplyDeleteLet us know if and when they publish it so we can read it.
ReplyDeleteAOL is also a local company to here (i.e., to The Washington Post). Should be interesting. I remember a couple times when they laid off people I knew. DO tell if you notice it comes out, and I'll actually start reading the letters to the editor if I remember to. Heck, I get the daily Post, so now to find time to read more of it, I'd be happy.
