A bright day to start with, but showers quickly cropped up as I went for a walk round the Castle Grounds with my father, who'll be here for another 11 days or so. Just as we crested Strawberry Hill, a shower moved in from the moors. Fortunately, we quickly managed to get under trees until the downpour moved away. In the afternoon, we covered the walk from Sandwick to Steinish, and back along Simons Road.
