Storyteller
Wreathed in the smoke of a peatfire, 80-year old Calum Ferguson tells a story from his book Children from the Blackhouse, in the Blackhouse at Arnol on 27 March 2010.
Unfortunately, I have had to remove the video at the request of Calum himself.
I enjoyed listening to this man read. I always enjoy the accent and the sound of the voice of story tellers even though I can't catch all the words. Gosh that smoke of the peat fire almost got in my eyes!
A delightful man Guido. And a good story teller too. I would love to be sat there listening to him along with the others. It is wonderful to listen to the old ways of life from the actual author. Jeanie

Now, if I understand correctly, this was quite an honor and a treat: the author read his story in the place which the story was set. I love it!
