For the 5 years that I have been in this island, I have watched the Christmas decorations in Stornoway decrease in size and luminosity. Every year, one or other part of it no longer appears. Anyway, here are some pics of this year's display.
2009 / 2008
Our village only has a tree on the green and nothing else. The local village, a short drive away has the same every year, about four ropes of lights across the street, always the same colour. Never anything new.
ReplyDeleteSad to say I've not even been out in the evening to see what our town square has to offer in the way of lights this year. I really need to take a walk some evening and find out. I took a look at all the pictures in your posts today and enjoyed them so much. Thanks for sharing.
