Map skills
How good is your knowledge of the geography of the Middle East? This region has a large influence on our daily lives (e.g.: oil), yet can you pinpoint each of the states there? Traci posted this interesting link - see how well you do.
I'm probably not as sure of what is where as I should be, but know I am leaps and bounds ahead of many folks I know. Going to Traci's link next. Beautiful Easter sidebars!
You sure set me a task tonight...managed it in the end though after about 8 mins...and many wrong placings !!(funnily enough it was the North African places that caught me out most) we have had a lovely sunny day and fairly warm by March standards ! Love Sybil
I tried it, it's FUN... although, of course, it took me quite awhile. If I keep trying I should know all those places soon!! Here I go to try again!! LOL!!
I saved that link. I didn't do too badly, but Eler Beth and I just studied the Middle East geography and each of those countries not too many months ago. I had forgotten several, but was pleased at how many I could still place correctly on the map.
