Pictures

As I reported on the Shell Gallery, I have now scanned in a series of pictures taken over the past month in Lewis. Apart from the graveyard pics from North Tolsta, there are a few others as well, shown below. Enjoy!

Boy, Guido...you would not believe the weather i had to drive to work in and home in...i almost could not keep my car on the road....but i am safe.....we have half a foot of pure ice and now about 10 inches or so of snow coming down....unreal..i hate this weather! 3. Hey Guido,
Great pictures. I too am stuck in the winter wonderland of ice and snow... I am resisting the urge to go into hibernation until April. Namely because my girlfriend would bop me in the nose. lol... Hope all is well with you mate!

  4. O these came out really well, sunset at North Beach should be enlarged and framed! Love it. Glad you didn't need those candles.

  5. Almost forgot: I really like P1070168 for its detailed outer design, you'd never see a headstone carved so beautifully here. They all have the requisite angel on a flat stone. These Lewis pix on flckr are very enjoyable, I'd love to be there and do some rubbings to catch the intricacy. Very nice.

  6. That sunrise is breathtaking! The shots of North Beach don't look real! They look like a stage at Universal Studios or something. It is so perfect. Beautiful pictures.
